Processing your order
Once you’ve completed your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm all the details. In it, we’ll include our estimated timescales for dispatch from our warehouse and delivery to your location. When your product is dispatched, we’ll send you another email confirmation, complete with all the tracking details and estimated delivery information.
Dispatch Cut-off
We dispatch all in-stock parts the same day for orders placed before 4PM. Orders places after 4PM will be dispatched next day.
Returns
If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with the parts we’ve delivered or the fit itself, please get in touch with us directly and we’ll do whatever we can to help. If our recommended replacement parts don’t fit or function as you expect, and the machine make and model you provided is correct, we’ll collect the part and fully refund you. Don’t want or need the part any more? We’re more than happy to collect any unused parts within 30 days of your order, and refund you (minus a collection and restocking fee).
